At “C.A.M.P.” (Creative Aerial Movement & Play), kids ages 8-12 are introduced to fun circus and acrobatic skills utilizing the aerial silks, aerial hammock, rings and other interactive props like scarves, hula hoops and more.

At “C.A.M.P.” (Creative Aerial Movement & Play), kids ages 8-12 are introduced to fun circus and acrobatic skills utilizing the aerial silks, aerial hammock, rings and other interactive props like scarves, hula hoops and more.
Fly, swing, spin, climb, dance, stretch, laugh, learn and grow in this week-long Aerial Arts day camp, culminating with an exhibition for friends and family on the last day!
No prior aerial experience is necessary. They might not be able to run away with the circus, but everyone can fly at C.A.M.P.!
What Do I Wear?
- Please wear stretchy, fitted clothing that covers the backs of the knees, midriff and underarms.
- T-shirts with short or long sleeves, leotards, unitards, tights or leggings are fine.
- No jeans, shorts or tanktops.
- No jewlery, zippers, buttons, buckles, sequin or anything that might snag or tear the fabric.
Important Tidbits
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your class start time.
- Please observe good personal hygiene in consideration of general cleanliness of the fabrics and all participants.
- Avoid eating an hour prior to class
What If I Need To Cancel?
- CLASSES: Due to the low student-teacher ratio of this class, a 24- hour notice is required to cancel. Should the cancellation occur after the 24 hour deadline a class visit is charged.
- CAMPS: Cancellations that occur at least 1 week prior to start of event will receive a refund of 50% of tuition paid. Cancellations that occur less than 1 week prior to start of event, will not receive a refund.
WELCOME GIANNA!
Gianna (Gia) Peralta is bringing her talent & creative energy to WCA as our new program coordinator and sling instructor.
Starting mid-December, Gia will begin teaching classes (sling/hammock and aerial conditioning) as well as hosting open trainings and other community events.
As she settles into her new aerial home, we look forward to new and fun ways that Gianna, and her aerial colleagues both locally and nationally, will expand the offerings at WCA.
