What Do I Wear?
- Please wear stretchy, fitted clothing that covers the backs of the knees, midriff and underarms.
- T-shirts with short or long sleeves, leotards, unitards, tights or leggings are fine.
- No jeans, shorts or tanktops.
- No jewlery, zippers, buttons, buckles, sequin or anything that might snag or tear the fabric.
Important Tidbits
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class start time.
- Please observe good personal hygiene in consideration of general cleanliness of the fabrics and all participants.
- Avoid eating an hour prior to class
What If I Need To Cancel?
- CLASSES: Aerial classes must be cancelled at least 24-hrs prior to the start time of your scheduled class. Should the cancellation occur after the deadline, a class visit will be charged.
